What’s enamoo all about?

enamoo opened first in 1999. The founders Unsook Lim and Michael Schade, both graphic designers, started enamoo to sell their hand printed t-shirts and hoodies with Brooklyn themed designs.

To decorate the store Lim and Schade used antique furniture, signs, vintage mannequins and such. People not only loved the shirts but were constantly asking if the vintage goods are for sale. That led the two to getting in to the antique business.

Michael is also a painter / sculptor which led to him to exhibit and sell his work at enamoo.
